Ibtida means beginning

Founded in 2018 in the climate-stressed heartland of Sindh, Ibtida Ventures was born from a single conviction: Pakistan's agricultural future depends not on repeating the past, but on transforming how farming is done entirely.

We operate across three farm sites totalling 850 acres in District Thatta — cultivating wheat, cotton, rice, and tomatoes while building the domestic value chains that end Pakistan's dependency on costly agricultural imports.

From global partnerships with WWF, FMO, and DFCD to ground-level farmer development across Sindh's villages — we unite world-class expertise with rooted, local knowledge.
